Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include in your box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items—ideally in their original eco-friendly mailer—attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
